  1. Let first say thanks to the One True Living God for directing me to your work and then to you. This is the first time I’ve come across your work and it came at a time of deep challenge & trial. “As Iron sharpens Iron” your words jumped off the screen far reaching into my need! Thanks so much!. I pray you continue to walk firmly in Christ never forgetting who you are (as you reminded me who I am). How precious are the feet of those who preach the Gospel! Thanks again, be ecouraged, know that God is using you.

    1. Thank you Rev. Josephus! Am I my brothers keeper? That’s what I love about Christianity, God distinctively uses the saints to edify each other in their most trying time of need! God bless you and keep you!

  2. please pray for my sons, Johnathan, Edward, Anthony, and of course their Dad, Terry. They are young men in their twentys, their Dad is in his late fortys, John is now a new Christian, he recieved the Lord in prison in San Diego, Ca, recently, Terry and did not walk closley with the Lord, therefore we all suffered, especially our precious sons. The Lord is directing my life now, and i pray with Gods holy people all the time for our family, John especially suffered from needing the love and spirtual guidence from a Godly father that he and his younger brothers needed from their father Terry, John has done so much drugs and alcohol and broken relationships at his young age of 23, he has so many tatoos even on his handsome face, please pray for these young men to recieve Christ as their Lord and Savior, that will forgive them of past sins, and rejection and lonley life at home without Christ being in that home filled with Christ and the Word being spoken, and all kinds of blessings in the Hurley home, with Christ at the center, the way the Lord destined all homes to be, with loving Christian parents and lovely Christian sons and daughters for Him. amen.

    1. Dearest Kathryn,

May our loving Heavenly Father minister to the requests of your heart! Praise God that He is now the head of your life and John gave his life to God in prison! The Bible says, for we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are–yet was without sin. Hebrews 4:15. Jesus was the only one without sin! Therefore, the Bible says he understands our shortcomings; whether it is not submitting to His will and word for our lives, fleshy or carnal desires, or rejecting His Lordship. God understands! He will often allow your situations to become so heavy that it brings you to your lowest point so that you give up your rebellion and independence and depend totally on Him! The beauty of it is, like a loving father, He admonishes us: “Come now, let us reason together,””Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool. Hallelujah! So no matter what lifestyle you and your family have lived, in God’s eyes you are forgiven! Keep praying for Edward, Anthony and Terry’s deliverance. Ask them to recite Romans10:9 aloud, and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and savior. But you have to strongly believe God is faithful to deliver your sons and husband, even if it doesn’t happen in your timing. God saved your son John, one in the wilderness, to be a voice in the wilderness! Amen! Be encouraged!

  3. I request and pray for a better job. In my prayer, I will be specific and ask for a job I look forward to going to Monday thru Friday within business hours and that is sufficient enough to support my household and future in Jesus name.

    1. Samuel. Your cries have been heard. God is using this situation to bring you to a higher level in Him. There are areas in your life of complacency and compromise. There are other things in your life that you are placing before God and He wants your whole heart. Things He has been speaking to you about that you simply will not give up
and let go! He’s using your job situation to get your attention. He wants you to really believe in Christ’s promises, instead of just speaking about His goodness. God bless you on your journey!
